The Initial Design & Cost Analysis Phase 

On our initial design meeting our team will review your project with you in great detail and layout your project to your ideal prospective space or space of interest. 

They will provide you with a detailed space planned floor plan that we will review and go through a series of edits to ensure our initial deisgn is achieving the goals of your new business location.

Once your initial design is complete you will move to our estimating team will they will provide and review with you a detailed itemized estimate that will layout the entire cost of the project. We do this to ensure we our designing to our clients financial budget for their project. 

The Construction Documents Phase 

Once you have executed a contract on your space and you have confirmed your design and cost estimate we begin what we call the construction document period. 

The construction documents will be your initial design developed into several pages outlining every detail to your project prior to construction taking place. These document will be submitted to their respective permitting department to enable a building permit to take place. A few examples of pages from a construction document set would include lighting plan, mechanical plan, plumbing plan, interior elevations, 3D renderings etc.
